The Research On Planning And Management Of The Project Of National 5A Tourist Attraction Construction In Daming Mountain Scenic Resort Of Nanning

The national 5 A tourist attraction is the highest standard of tourist resource and resort construction in our country.To be chosen is a fierce competition.As a result,Project management application in the construction of tourist attractions are increasingly frequent.Darning Mountain Scenic Resort is a national 4A tourist attraction and the first national nature reserve for the development of forest tourism in Guangxi.It has magnificent scenery and excellent ecological environment.To improve Daming Mountain Scenic Resort to 5A level will be of benefit to making a new tourist market hot spot,enhancing the reputation of Nanning and promoting tourism development.This dissertation provides a project design for the planning and management of Darning Mountain Scenic Resort by the standards of national 5A tourist attraction,which is based on learning the successful experiences and development trend of tourist resort planning and management at home and abroad,and analyzing comprehensively the evaluation criteria of a national 5A tourist attraction and the application procedure.From the perspective of project management,the dissertation analyzes the gap between Darning Mountain and a standard national 5A tourist attraction,and clearly present the main work to be implement and the schedule.It comprehensively uses methods of SWOT,Milestone Plan,Gantt Chart,Matrix Form Structure and so on to find out the disadvantages and challenges of the project implementation,also designs the implementation schedule and project institutions.This dissertation has been clear about national 5A tourist attraction construction in Daming Mountain project planning scope and objectives.In the planning strategy is put forward to highlight the layout planning,scenic area landscape quality,service and environment quality,and the surrounding villages and towns linkage development,and strengthen the key tasks such as product marketing brand promotion.From the mechanism,the innovation of the personnel system,to make management system in order to speed up the local legislation and enhance the capacity of independent development and so on to provide safeguard,which will lay good foundation for national 5A tourist attraction construction in Daming Mountain.
