Research On Illegal Construction Space Right In The County

In the last few years,with the continuously fast growing of the economy and urbanization in China,the construction scale of county and town is expanding quickly.On one hand,the local government adapts this trend to proceed large scale city construction program;on the other hand,more and more habitants in the village immigrate to live in the county,resulting in the counterpart is illegal buildings spring up like mushrooms,which are always banned but getting worse and worse.In terms of city planning,illegal construction will make the city plan drown into the danger,directly relevant with the coordinate and harmonious development of county and town in the society of our country.However,domestic research on the illegal construction phenomenon in the county is less and less,and only part of researches is only from the aspects of legal view,governmental administration mechanism to analyze,but isn't involved in the legal construction important dimension:"Space".This article takes the example of each people autonomous county in Longlin Baise city of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region by looking for some documents domestic and abroad and some relevant government documents,taking the research route from the bottom to the head.I visit some villagers of legal building,village cadres,and relevant law enforcement agencies to form an accurate research questionnaire and proceed a field study and data analysis on the legal building condition and dilemma in Longlin County,so that to explore the current deep problems of illegal building in the county,namely the illegal building construction is villagers in each county and town hopes to realize the space right to enter the city and occupy the county space.Finally to protect the right of the habitants in the county and town as the starting point,coordinate with relevant laws and rules to improve and put forward a series of regulate policies.Research on this issue will supply theoretical reference and lessons for the coordinate and coordinated growth of county and town space in minority areas in China at the transition period.
