| Land spatial planning is an important means to ensure national food security,promote the construction of ecological civilization and realize high-quality social and economic development.Urban and rural construction land(URCL)space is an important basis for social and economic development,and its delimitation is an important part of land space planning.With the rapid advancement of urbanization,a large number of rural people have migrated to cities and towns,and the disorderly expansion of construction land in cities,towns and villages has become prominent,and the countryside is declining day by day.Unbalanced urban and rural development and inadequate rural development have become the main contradictions of the current society.County is the basic unit of overall urban and rural development.Optimizing the layout of construction land has become an inevitable choice to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas and the classified revitalization of rural areas.It is urgent to explore how to reasonably delimit the construction land space of county city town village,so as to promote the scientific development of county land space planning.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the research progress at home and abroad,this paper constructs a theoretical framework for the spatial delimitation of city-town-village construction land in county based on human land change.Taking Laiyang County at the county level in Shandong Province as the research area,this paper comprehensively analyzes the temporal evolution characteristics of human land and evaluates the suitability of urban and rural construction land;Distinguish the different space and time ranges of counties,central urban areas and towns,predict the scale of urban and rural construction land,simulate the spatial expansion of urban and rural construction land,and reconstruct rural space;Comprehensively delimit the construction land space of central urban area,town resident and village in 2025,2030 and 2035.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Construction of theoretical framework for spatial delimitation of county urban town village construction land based on human land change.Man is the main body of social development,and land is its carrier.The temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of man and land in different spaces are different.The premise of scientifically delimiting the urban town village construction land space is to follow the temporal and spatial evolution law of cities,towns and villages.Its material basis is the suitability of construction land,the quantitative goal is the scale of construction land,and the direction is based on the simulation of construction land expansion.Rural space reconstruction is the historical choice of the natural disappearance of some villages and the classified revitalization of villages in the process of urbanization in China.Based on the law of social development and China’s national conditions,this paper constructs a theoretical framework for the spatial delimitation of urban town village construction land,which is based on the characteristics of human land evolution in different spatial ranges of central urban area,town residence and countryside,and integrates the suitability evaluation,scale prediction,spatial prediction and rural spatial reconstruction of urban and rural construction land,which provides theoretical guidance for the scientific compilation of county land spatial planning.(2)Based on the population change from 2004 to 2019 and the land use change from 1985 to 2020,the temporal characteristics of population land change in Laiyang County are analyzed.The research shows that the resident population of Laiyang County increases first and then decreases;The overall urban population shows an upward trend,while the rural population is on the contrary.The change trend in the later stage is relatively gentle.The rural population in Laiyang County was at a low loss level(1.9%),and the population flow mainly occurs between urban and rural areas,generally showing the overall characteristics of low center and high north-south edge.The land use types of counties and central urban areas in Laiyang County are mainly cultivated land and construction land,accounting for more than 90%.Construction land has been expanding from 1985 to 2020,mainly from cultivated land to construction land.(3)Based on the three dimensions of ecological limitation,Natural Suitability and socioeconomic situation,this paper constructs an index system and a weighted multiple comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the suitability of urban and rural construction land in Laiyang County.The comprehensive suitability index is 0.00-4.00,and the results show that the comprehensive suitability index is between 0.00 and 4.00.The area of high suitability area accounts for the smallest proportion,with superior natural conditions and convenient transportation.It is mainly distributed around the central urban area.The middle suitable area has relatively flat terrain,convenient transportation and perfect infrastructure,which is distributed in fenggezhuang and other towns.The low suitable area has general natural conditions and location conditions,and is distributed in tangezhuang,bathing shop and other towns.The area of unsuitable area accounts for the largest proportion,which is located in permanent basic farmland and ecological protection area.The natural conditions and location conditions are poor,which is not suitable for urban and rural construction and development.(4)Based on the population change from 2004 to 2019 and the land use change from 1985 to 2020,GM-BP model is used to predict the construction land scale of counties,central urban areas and town settlements in Laiyang in 2025,2030 and 2035.The results show that in 2025,2030 and 2035,the scale of county,central urban area and town resident construction land shows an expansion trend,and the expansion speed gradually slows down with the passage of time,indicating that urban and rural construction land is developing steadily in the direction of economical and intensive utilization in the future;The expansion speed of the construction land scale of the town resident is slightly higher than that of the central urban area,which is also consistent with the current policy of giving priority to the development of small towns.(5)Through the center of gravity migration and pattern recognition of urban and rural construction land from 1985 to 2020,simulate the expansion of urban and rural construction land in 2025,2030 and 2035,and realize the spatial prediction of Laiyang County,central urban area and town resident at three time points.The research shows that the urban and rural construction land in the county generally presents the phenomenon of migration and expansion in the Northeast southwest northwest direction,the central urban area presents the trend of gradual expansion from east to west,and the resident of each town mainly expands in the northwest southeast or northeast southwest direction;The expansion time scale of urban and rural construction land in the county and central urban area shows a slow acceleration deceleration expansion trend,and the construction land in the towns and streets shows a steady expansion trend;Although the expansion speed of counties,central urban areas and town residences has slowed down in the future,it has been showing the trend of expansion.(6)This paper constructs the evaluation index system of nature social economy,divides the types of village development and reconstructs the rural space of Laiyang County by using the improved weighted summation and multiplication model and coupling coordination degree model.The results show that the degree of coupling and coordination between Natural Suitability and socio-economic development in Laiyang is high,with the urban area as the center,high in the South and low in the north;According to the coupling and coordination dispatching,the development types of villages are divided into five types: urbanization development type(237),construction and improvement development type(123),agglomeration and linkage development type(211),reduction and improvement development type(140)and relocation integration development type(63),so as to realize the reconstruction of rural space.(7)The results of comprehensive suitability evaluation,scale prediction,spatial prediction and rural spatial reconstruction realize the spatial delimitation of urban town village construction land in Laiyang County.The results show that the spatial delimitation scale of construction land in cities,towns and villages shows an expansion trend,and the expansion speed gradually slows down.The space delimitation and expansion speed of the town resident construction land is slightly higher than that of the central urban area,indicating that small towns will become the focus of the development of urban and rural construction land in the county in the future.From the perspective of the spatial distribution of village construction land,the development of village construction land is significantly affected by the radiation of central urban area and town resident in addition to its own resource conditions. |
