| In the recent years,china’s egg industry has made rapid development,not only to maintain steady growth egg production all the year round,and the structure of farming,feeding mode ande egg quality and many other aspects have made great improvement.But the constraints of the level of productivity makes china’s egg industry also has the following obvious characteristics:small scale farming is still the main way of supply,health and epidemic prevention mechanism is not perfect so that the major outbreaks have occurred,egg prices conduction is not smooth between production and marketing,egg processing industry lags behind and so on.In this context,the fluctuation of Chinese egg prices have obvious periodicity,such fluctuitions will occur once every 2-3 years,and at the same time the epidemicyear often accompanied by dramatic fluctuations.Also in the characteristics of short-term fluctuation,also has obvious cluster,the persistence and asymmetry,brought great adverse effect on the egg and the revelent market and stable operation.Egg price volatility is still fundamentally unbalanced supply and demand results,but from the fluctuation mechanism,is the common role of endogenous structural factors and short-term exogenous shock factors.Especially in chicks and feed mainly production cost changes played a decisive role in the egg price fluctuations,and unexpected events on the epidemic as the representative of the impact is mainly caused by short-term fluctuations in the price of eggs.In addition,with pork as the representative of the substitute effect and income levels improve the positive effect brought by also nots allow to ignore.Futher,egg price fluctuations mainly due to supply side is not stable,and supply instability and farmars suppy response behavior.on one hand,study on the supply response full sampleshowed that the short-term and long-term price elasticity of egg supply in China are lack offlexibility based on,farmers change on egg price reaction is relatively slow.On the other hand,the study shows that based on the supply response scale groups,short-term and long-term supply elasticity of scale breeding is much higher than that of non scale breeding,at the same time scale breeding into the promoting effect on current productioncost is still much higher than the size of the non farming.(Cai Shaojie,Zhou Yingheng,2014)Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes to establish the relevant market price ofegg release mechanism,establish and perfect the regular monitoring of the health and epidemic prevention system and the establishment of the government compensation system,speeding up the layers of the moderate scale standardized breeding policy suggestions. |
