Research On The Construction Of Science And Technology Support Ability For Ecological Agriculture In Changsha County

Science and technology is an important driving force in the construction of new socialist countryside. The modern agriculture needs the support of modern technology. The strong support of science and technology ensures that the ecological agriculture strikes roots locally in order to effectively complete the heavy responsibility of new rural construction. All these problems seriously restrict the development of science and technology support ability for ecological agriculture in Changsha County, making agricultural science and technology has difficulty in playing its due significance and role. From a practical standpoint, first, this paper does some researches on the construction of science and technology support ability for ecological agriculture in Changsha County, defines and discusses the relevant concepts, analyzes the concept of ecological agriculture, science and technology support as well as science and technology support capability carefully, and establishes the theory premise to discuss the related issues. Then, it summarizes the current situation and problems in the construction of science and technology support ability for ecological agriculture in Changsha County from full-scale, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual situation. The main problems in the current construction of science and technology support ability for ecological agriculture in Changsha County are as follows: the fund investment in agricultural science and technology is insufficient; the reserve of agricultural human resources is insufficient; the technology development and use of agricultural information is insufficient, the information service system is not perfect and the protection for agricultural intellectual property is not enough, etc. The author puts forward the corresponding improvement measures for the above problems. We should strengthen the fund investment in science and technology for ecological agriculture, promote the development of modern ecological agriculture, increase financial investment and provide financial support; we should speed up the cultivation of agricultural scientific and technical personnel and optimize the layout of agricultural science and technology; we should improve the level of agricultural informatization, improve the agricultural information service system in Changsha County, including the establishment of a sound legal mechanism for information services; and we should strengthen the law enforcement of the protection of intellectual property rights in agricultural science and technology, strengthen the awareness of intellectual property protection in agricultural science and technology, improve the consumption abilities of farmers in Changsha County on agricultural knowledge products, and improve the protection consciousness of the populace on agricultural intellectual property, etc. The author believes that the active exploration of this problem will provide a theoretical reference for the subject that science and technology support the ecological agriculture and play the part of demonstration role for leading the common development of similar areas in the country.
