| Chongqing Lianglu-cuntan Free Trade Port Area airport comprehensive supporting area (North area) infrastructure project has the characteristics of long development cycle, large amount of investment and lots of uncertain factors. Research on this project feasibility is directly related to the success or failure of it, as well as related to many aspects of economic benefits, safety, environmental protection and socioeconomic benefits. And research on project feasibility will provide scientific basis and forecast for carrying out the project.Based on the basic principles of project feasibility study, this paper takes Chongqing Lianglu-cuntan Free Trade Port Area airport comprehensive supporting area (North area) infrastructure project as research object, using the basic principles of feasibility study and taking this project's background and actual situation as a starting point, it analyzes its overall planning, implementation scheme, investment estimation, economic benefits and social benefits. This paper also makes a detailed argument from many aspects of basic principles of project feasibility study, construction scheme design and its matching scheme, features of project construction feasibility, technical feasibility, investment and financing feasibility, financial evaluation feasibility and risk estimation. According to the multiple angles of evaluation to this project scheme, this paper has verified its feasibility, finalized its scheme and provided suggestion for its construction, which has laid a foundation for this project to realize better economic benefits and social value. |
