With the rise of the producer regulation campaign of MNCs, the conception of corporate social responsibility(CSR)is spread widely. Private enterprises in China are faced with severer surveillance related to environment and ethic. Some of them even suffered withdrawing of orders due to failing to cope with producer regulations of MNCs, being exposed to huge economic expenses. The theory of strategic corporate social responsibility holds that when introducing some form of corporate social responsibility, firms could obtain advantages on their competitive environment .Therefore, the study of how private enterprises improve their responsible competitiveness via implementing strategic corporate social responsibility has great theoretical value and reality significance. This paper firstly adopted the method of historical analysis to review literatures with regard to competitiveness advantage and(strategic)corporate social responsibility. And Followed by private enterprises in China described to perform the status of corporate social responsibility, and its reason analysis.Subsequently using the competitive advantage theory, this paper firstly analyzed the corporate social responsibility to contribute to competitive advantage, and then use inductive and deductive reasoning of a combination of methods to analyze the relationship between corporate social responsibility strategy and competitive advantage.This paper then based on symbiosis theory, coupling the corporate social responsibility strategy and the strategy of the corporate. And then according to the relevant principles of strategic management, analysis the SWOT of the private corporate social responsibility strategy, then to the strategic choice of private corporate social responsibility for the economic analysis of the negative treatment of private enterprises come to corporate social responsibility and the use of defensive strategies to deal with Corporate social responsibility is not sustainable development. And then is to analyze how the private companies to develop corporate social responsibility strategy, then how to use the graph to implement corporate social responsibility strategy, and finally introduced in the control of corporate social responsibility strategy should be taken to an external issues as well as the enterprise the evaluation of social responsibility strategy time to a reasonable and objective.This paper concludes that the private enterprise should pay attention to the problems and key points when it manages the CSR strategy. The first one is that the private enterprise should couple the culture in the process of strategy management. The second one is the private enterprise should find the right CSR strategy which is suit to the characteristic of the corporate. The last one is that the CSR strategy management is different according to the life cycle of enterprise. The key point is how to implement effectively the corporate social responsibility strategy after making a strategy.
