| In the 2006,The China banking regulatory commission(CBRC)has innovated the rural financial system.The reform was that the CBRC properly eased access to rural financial institutions with banking policy,increased policy support,in order to solve the low degree of financial marketization and financial shortage phenomenon in rural areas,finally reached the purpose of speed up to build a new socialist countryside.After that in rural areas of China was emerging a large number of a new type of rural financial institutions such as Village Banks.Village Banks as a new type of rural financial institutions are fresh blood what shoulder the important tasks in the construction of new socialist countryside,they have to fast growth to support rural economic steady development in our country and accelerate the process of marketization.However,as the financial market opening degree is higher and higher,financial market competition is becoming more and more fierce.In recent years,especially the global economic crisis outbreak,the world economy has being into the "adjustment" and "transition" period,the Chinese economy also has being into the "New Normal" period of economic downturn.In this economic environment,the young Village Banks still need to face competitive pressure from banking financial institutions of different property rights’ nature,different development degree and the size.In this context,how to seize market opportunities in complex environment and form competitive advantages? It has to analysis and research competitive strategy.This is also important task to be solved which is to ensure Village Banks healthy and longer in its development process.In this paper,the author bases on the study of the theories of competitive strategy,analysis the development status,the internal environment,the external environment,advantages as well as disadvantages of Zhungeerqi Baoshang Village Bank,chooses the centralized low cost competition strategy for Zhungeerqi Baoshang Village Bank and put the safeguard measures.In order to provide the reference for Zhungeerqi Baoshang Village Bank winning the future market competition battles. |
