WW, to engage in the financial securities industry, the construction of electronicinformation-based holding company, provides a variety of IT application solutions for thefinancial securities and other related industries. Business involves major financialinstitutions and class of securities, insurance, funds, futures, trust and other financialinstitutions. The WW always adheres to the principle of cooperation with industry leaders,and to seize the opportunities in the new industry mergers and acquisitions in2004, therapid expansion of the high-end market. However, in the face of developmentopportunities, facing challenges, that is the company’s direction is not clear, narrowproduct variety, low degree of vertical integration, the fierce competition in the market.To get in the market competition and rapid development, must conduct a comprehensiveassessment of their own situation and make adjustments in strategy, competitive goals andconduct of operations, research and develop their own health, stability and sustainabledevelopment of competition in line with the current corporate strategy, in order to fullintegration of enterprise resources, advantages, and to improve competitiveness.In this paper, PEST analysis, Strategy Group and Five Forces model to analyze theexternal environment through the company’s internal factors, with SWOT analysis of themain opportunities and threats facing the company as well as the advantages anddisadvantages; ultimately determine the company’s strategic positioning, target andcompetitive strategy. Finally, we strengthen the control and integration of the company’svalue chain, the basic environment and facilities, human resources management, R&Dsystem, project outsourcing system, the control system of the feasibility of initiatives andproposals to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy.
