September 2010 officially announced the implementation of telephone users real name registration system,the implementation of this policy,for the operators brought earth shaking changes,Operators in the business for the user to handle must be real name check,increase business processes,the marketing mode of original agential batch schedule is no longer applicable development needs of the market,the volume of business once declined.But because of the real name system not only benefits the country and the people,for company benign and healthy,sustainable development has a profound influence.So how to make the transformation of marketing mode companies need to solve the problem?After 5 years of development,Hohhot Branch of China Unicom gradually from the product for the transformation of the marketing strategy for take the customer as the center of the marketing strategy up,launched according to customers sharing combination packages,establishing customer oriented marketing teams,rationally adjust the small,medium and large business hall layout,user stock maintenance and new markets open up both.The research object of this thesis is China Unicom Hohhot Branch.In this paper,the first real name system to the business development of the company produced the influence of analysis,and then come to the conclusion that "the real name system can promote corporate health,good,sustainable development," the conclusion?After the establishment of the real name system sales direction,the use of SWOT,PEST method for the company's external environment,industry competitive environment,the company's internal resources for analysis,through the users,agents conducted a questionnaire survey to find out the company's existing marketing model in the existing problems,and control the real name system sales bottleneck,and finally use 4Ps theory,the customer marketing strategy,and thus launched in-depth analysis.
