With the Chinese economy into the new normal, industrial restructuring, economic slowdown, the Chinese retail stores are generally subject to the impact. BELLE, led by the Chinese footwear industry how to achieve business model optimization, which has been put forward to the academic research topics.Taking the BELLE shoes industry as the research object, the optimization problem of the business model in the new economic situation was investigated. Foreign academic research on the relationship between electricity suppliers and the physical sale of the in-depth investigation, the domestic academic circles on how to coordinate the relationship between e-commerce and physical sales put forward suggestions.The current situation of domestic and foreign research and understanding of marketing theory and traditional retail theory, study the traditional marketing theory, and pointed out that the traditional marketing in network marketing as the core, constitute the theoretical foundation of the BELLE business model optimization.On the basis of the analysis of the status quo of BELLE shoes industry and marketing, the depth of the BELLE business model. Transverse, BELLE business model to broaden their goods, terminals, and thus improve the brand value, income levels and profitability, in response to changes in the market has made remarkable achievements. In the vertical direction, BELLE shoes to open up the industry chain, from upstream to downstream have developed a profit point, the formation of a business model of production and marketing.The business model of the existing problems were analyzed, and pointed out that the existence of the two sides of the BELLE business model of BELLE to adapt to the new economic situation.
