Optimization Of Belle Group Quality Management System

With the acceleration of global economic integration, more and more countries(including China) joined the WTO this world economic family. As tariff barriers to break,quality, environment, labor safety and other non-trade barriers have appeared off the wall.In order to regulate the fierce market competition for these barriers globally harmonizedcertification system has emerged. These Management systems especially the QMSthrough global standards to abide by various enterprises to build a platform for theestablishment of a fair competitive environment, reduce the corporate repeat certification,inspection burden, and promote the healthy development of the global economicintegration has played a significant role. Therefore, the strategy of sustainabledevelopment, resource conservation, environmental protection and the protection ofworkers’ safety and health has become a common voice of mankind. Through systematicand standardized quality, environmental and occupational safety and health managementsystem constrained corporate environmental and employment practices to ensuresustainable development strategy to become the progressive realization of effectivemeasures.Combined with my own work experiences and practices, I accessed large informationof QMS, and also attended as an observer of the on-site QMS surveillance audit in theworld famous shoes company-Belle Group. This article analyzed the QMS status andproblems of Belle Group, and detailed analyzed the optimization of Belle Group’s QMSthough the five main management mechanisms. Finally, proposed the effective operationsto Belle Group’s QMS.Though the analyze and research on the QMS of Belle Group from creation toimplementation, from chaos to the success of such processes, summed up how toeffectively build and optimize the operation of QMS revelation, which can help theenterprises improve the QMS level and lead the enterprises developing in the sustainableway.
