JX Conducts Research On The Optimization Of Quality Management Team Activities

As the development of economic and society in China, the electric power system reform, the nation and people's requirement of electric quality is increasing, these put forward higher requirements on the safety of electric power system. JX company as a product of electric power system reform under the new situation, shoulder the mission to build the first-class UHV grid company, the quality of every work is striving to the highest level. JX company governs the skeleton of electric power network in Shaanxi province, one little accident will cause large economic loss and bad social influence, at the same time, detrimental to the State Grid's brand image. As a company owns advanced technology, large management range and younger staff, how JX company finish the work with higher quality under the new system and requirements, this question has important research value and practical significance.According to the State Grid, we must strengthen the strategic idea of Total Quality Management(TQM). And the Quality Control(QC) group activity is the most important part of TQM, this article from how to carry out QC group activity as the starting point, studying the situation of the TQM work in JX company, and put forward some ideas and suggestions. This article firstly introduces the background and meaning of this research, and the TQM theory and some basic concepts of QC group activity are reviewed, which provides the theoretical foundation for the expansion of the research. Then, through the way of combination of data collection and field investigation, this article analyze the current situation of JX company's QC group activity. And according to the relevant theories of TQM, puts forward the JX company quality management problems in QC group activity, and analyze its causes and influence factors. Then, on the basis of the above argument and analysis, according to the internal and external environment and the company's situation, the article works out the optimized plan for the company to carry out QC group activities, at the same time, proposes the safeguard measures while implementing the plan.Finally, this article points out that the QC group activity development will further enhance the management level of electric power industry, ensure the strong grid running reliable. And this article has a certain reference value to other companies.
