Application Research Of AVIC Operation Management System In CNC Center Of B Aviation Enterprise

B aerospace cooperation is affiliated to Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), it's a military enterprise which is mainly focus on research and develop large and medium transport aircraft. Its located in a three tier city, with several decades of closed manufacturing environment, came into a fixed ability pattern. The quality of the products varies, the high cost of product and low manufacture-management level, they all strongly restricted the overall development of cooperation. In 2014, in order to adapt as well as lead the new economic system and improve the management level, better to build an international competitive multinational, AVIC started to reform the management based on learning from the operating system management of advanced companies of aviation industry in worldwide and inspect the practice of the managing system itself, develop and practice the operation system of AVIC (AOS).This essay is basis on leaning production theories and AOS systematic theories, studied the practical effect of carrying out AOS system in CNC center. Firstly, studied and analyzed the current condition of CNC center, next studied the practical effect of each module. The core of the research is the process and methods of carrying out AOS system. The research process mainly studied the practical effect of producing control, manufacturing plan, standard-processing technology, TPM and several other modules. The result shows with the practical of the system for two years in CNC center, they made something in leaning the spirits, eliminating waste, improving the quantity of the production promoting the managing abilities as well as site management and control ability, also make the management of CNC Centre leaner, more standardized and more scientific.In the meantime, the research found the deficiencies in the process of carrying out the system. This essay is based on the practical production of CNC center, applied one to one projects of promoting the deficiencies. At last concluded the research findings, and pointed out the deficiencies of the research and essay out of practicing time and some other restrictions.In the process of practicing the AOS system, only by ceaseless innovation and perfection can we make the managing system localized, can we make the enterprise vigorous in improving, and finally accomplish win-win for both enterprise and staffs.
