| After the 2008 financial crisis,the world economy has been in a weak state,the demand in the international market is decline,It’s much more difficult for China’s foreign trade to growth,and cross-border e-commerce thriving,showing a strong growth trend.However,the cross-border e-commerce is thriving,which shows a strong growth trend.With more and more small and medium-sized enterprises to join the ranks of cross-border e-commerce,the cross-border e-commerce is going to get a more important position in China’s foreign trade,and it’s gradually becoming a new force in the future export growth.At present,China is mainly aimed at Europe and the United States to carry out cross-border E-commerce.In Europe,for example,there are so many countries in Europe,and the level of e-commerce development is different from each other.This paper mainly studies the e-commerce development level of European countries from the angle of B2 C electronic commerce.This paper introduces the macro and micro environmental support for the development of e-commerce in Europe firstly;and then analyzes the development status of B2 C e-commerce in Europe,and compares the development of B2 C e-commerce in different regions of Europe;Finally,the article selected 34 countries in Europe as a sample,Three aspects including in e-commerce infrastructure,user support and transaction size,the contribution to the GDP is considered based on the theoretical framework of the measurement of the development of e-commerce from OECD to select 12 indicators to build the evaluation system of the development level of electronic commerce in each country,and the paper use factor analysis and cluster analysis to sort and classify the electronic commerce development level of 34 countries in Europe in 2014.The analysis results show that,Britain,Germany,Denmark,Finland,and France are at a higher lever,However,Latvia,Bulgaria,Romania and Ukraine are at the end of The European whoes level are relatively backward.The e-commerce development level ofWestern Europe and Northern Europe is significantly higher than the central,southern Europe and eastern Europe. |
