Assessment Of Economic Development Level In Hainan State Farms

Economic development evaluation is always one of the hot focuses in academic research. Along with the development of agricultural management system reform in Hainan and the detachment of rubber manufacturing, where should49farms of agricultural reclamation go is more and more becoming the focus of attention. This paper starts at16indexes of49farms in Hainan State Farms,2010, and uses factor analysis and cluster analysis, Finally draw the following conclusions:(1) Five common factors were extracted, which are Industry structure factor (GDP per capita growth rate, the proportion of the third industry, employees proportion of first industry and third industry), resources factor (per capita land, the average forestry area, and medical personnel per ten thousand people), Per capita income, and value factor (Per capita GDP, Per capita net income of agricultural reclamation, Per capita net income growth rate, Per capita gross industrial output value), enterprise structure factor(worker proportion, retired worker proportion, and social burden), Social consumer goods retail sales factor(social consumable turnover, per capita social consumable turnover).(2) According to factor scores, the top five economic development farms are Leguang Farm, Changzheng Farm, GuiLinYang farm, Jiachai farm and Wushi Farm, and the last five are Dongle farm, Jinan Farm, Dongsheng Farm, Lingmen Farm and Jialai Farm.(3) Cluster analysis for49farms can be divided into three groups, the first group includes Leguang Farm, Changzheng Farm, Jiachai Farm and Wushi Farm, the second group is GuiLinYang farm, the rest belong to the third group.(4) The main factors influencing the levels of economic development are proportion of the tertiary industry, per capita land, Employee income and social burden.In the final part of the article, combining the experimental solution, then the following suggestions are given:(1) To readjust the industrial structure and increase the proportion of the third industry, especially speed up the development of the tourism industry.(2) To accelerate tropical and modern agricultural base construction, and make full use of land resources. We should not only improve land output, but also value the combination of the agriculture and tourist industry. Meanwhile, we also need to make full use of resources and pay most attention to the reform of the rubber manufacturing industry.(3) To thoroughly apply<To increase the income of workers and staff on guidance>, enlarge worker distribution proportion, and increase employee income. Meanwhile, guild the workers to expand self-supporting economy.(4) To accelerate the reform of agricultural reclamation management system, establish modem enterprises system, and complete the farm’s Second Innovation positively.(5) By enhancing residents’ income, we should quicken the upgrading of consumption structure, vigorously develop hainan tourism, supporting retail enterprise and catering business, and breed new consumptive heat, in order to enhance social consumable turnover.Besides, as drawing up development strategy of agricultural reclamation, we also need depend on practical situation, such as Geological position, transportation and cultural resources.
