Research On The Promotion Of Agricultural Development Reform

In the early 1990 s,three policy banks were born at the right moment in China,including China Development Bank,the Agricultural Development Bank of China,and the Export-Import Bank of China.So they can fill a vacancy because the specialized banks were transforming competitive institutions.Entering the 21 st century,the call for reforming the policy banks is growing,so the Agricultural Development Bank of China is also facing this serious problem.With the rapid development of financial industry in China,the five big state-owned commercial banks have completed shareholding reform and listing.China Development Bank commercialization reform has been completed and the Export-Import Bank of China has conducted coordinated reform.The financial reform is advancing gradually in order to match the new economic situation constantly,and eventually the policy banks peak the reform in 2015.The Agricultural Development Bank of China is implementing the reform plan comprehensively,building a modern agricultural policy bank with the capacity of sustainable development.In this paper,using the theory of science,learning from the foreign policy banks,based on the management environment of one sub-branch in Yiliang county,analyzed that the problems in the Agricultural Development Bank of China.It is deeply analyzed that the problems in Yiliang sub-branch.Furthermore,it is escribed that how to build a modern policy bank and drive the reform in Yiliang sub-branch,inorderto adapt the requirement of developing the finan cial industry and the agricultural economy.This article includes five parts: First,the introduction;Second,The agricultural policy bank and the reform of course;Third,the development and the problems in the Agricultural Development Bank of China;Fourth,The current policy of the reform;Fifth,therefore instance about the agricultural policy bank on abroad;Sixth,the strategy of pushing the related-for example the Yiliang sub-branch.
