Research On The Development Strategy Of Shanwei Eco-industrial Park

With the rapid development of modern technology and industry,certain benefits have been brought to human beings.However,problems such as environment pollution,ecology destroying,energy depletion,etc.also appeared.To construct and develop eco-industrial parks,as a solution to the conflicts between industry development and environment protection,has attracted more and more attention from politics circle,industry circle and academic circle both at home and abroad.As a new kind of organization form for industry,eco-industrial parks plan and conduct process based on the theories such as recycling economy,ecological industry and cleaner production.With the emphasis given on the clean production,the highest efficiency of using the resources,and the construction of ecological chain and ecological network,eco-industrial parks aim at minimizing the waste discharge inside the parks therefore achieve the coordination of economy,society and environment.In other words,eco-industrial parks serve as the best form of improving the resource utilization rate,minimizing environment pollution and protecting the ecological environment.This paper,under the premise of discussing the development of eco-industrial parks both at home and abroad,firstly offers analysis on the basic theories directing the construction and development of eco-industrial parks such as Industrial Ecology Theory,then provides research on the connotation,characteristics,structure and functions of the eco-industrial parks,after which the basic principles,plan content,main steps and methods in the development strategy of eco-industrial parks are discussed.Lastly,the case study is given on the basis of Shanwei Eco-industrial Parks.
