The Evolution Mechanism And Development Model Of Tourism Urbanization In International Cultural Tourism Demonstration Area In The South Of Anhui Province

With the further development of industrialization and the coming of the post industrial society,the traditional urbanization brings many problems,such as resource waste and environmental pollution.And these problems are becoming more and more serious.Therefore,the new urbanization which has the characteristics of "people oriented,ecological civilization and cultural inheritance" has become an urgent need to promote social development.The modern tourism industry has strong comprehensive and obvious economic,social,cultural and ecological benefits,which is a new power to promote the development of urbanization.At present,tourism urbanization is universal in the whole world,which has become an important topic in the academic field.Tourism urbanization is not only a stage phenomenon in the process of urbanization,but also a new development strategy.And this model is conducive to promoting the sustainable and healthy development of urbanization.This paper starts from "Tourism Urbanization",which is a hot and controversial topic of the times.It is mainly aimed at the problems of the traditional urbanization.It combines the development concept of new urbanization,and studies the evolution mechanism and development model of tourism urbanization in international cultural tourism demonstration area in the south of Anhui province.Firstly,the paper analyzes the present situation of its development,and explores the law of its temporal and spatial evolution.Then,by constructing the VAR model and the spatial panel regression model,the paper studies its evolution mechanism.Finally,it makes a rational choice of the development model of tourism urbanization in the area.This paper analyzes the development status of international cultural tourism demonstration area in the south of Anhui province from 2000 to 2014.The analysis result shows that the region’s tourism industry and the city not only achieved some success in the process of development,but also faced the following problems,such as low level of tourism specialization,unbalanced urbanization level,and large regional differences.In addition,the level of tourism urbanization of the region increased generally.In terms of spatial distribution,the level of tourism urbanization of the "Wuhu,Maanshan,Tongling" urban agglomeration is generally higher than other regions,but the phenomenon of spatial agglomeration is still not obvious.Based on the analysis of the development status,this paper further studies the evolution mechanism of tourism urbanization of international cultural tourism demonstration area in the south of Anhui province.By constructing the VAR model,it is found that from 2000 to 2014 there is an obvious interaction between them.It shows that it is appropriate to follow the road of tourism urbanization in this area.The dynamic mechanism of tourism urbanization is analyzed by constructing a spatial panel regression model.However,the results show that,when considering spatial factors,there are only two factors,such as the government and tourism,can play positive roles in promoting the development of tourism urbanization.Therefore,there is a need to make further adjustments to improve the industrial structure and market structure.Finally,based on the results of the above research,by drawing on the successful experience of China and foreign countries,and considering the actual situation of regional development,this paper selects the rational development models for the International cultural tourism demonstration area in the south of Anhui province.In addition,these rational development models are based on the actual development of the government,market,resource endowment and industrial development.
