In recent decades,with the gradual deepening of China's reform and opening up,the construction industry is booming,our country's construction supervision also came into being,in the pace of development and expansion of the times.The appearance and development of engineering supervision enterprises are helpful to improve the quality of construction of our country.Furthermore,it plays a key role in the investment benefit and quality assurance.Hangzhou Zhonghe Company was founded in 1996.Since the establishment of the enterprise,it has made lots of achievements.However,attentions should be paid to the existing problems in this company and in the supervision industry.In view of this,this paper discusses the development of domestic and international supervision industry.This paper starts with the external macro environment of Hangzhou Zhonghe Company,analyzes the policies,laws,economy,technology and social culture,and discusses the market environment of Hangzhou Zhonghe Company and the three dimensions from the industry competitors,potential entrants and customers.Then it expounds the development situation and existing problems of Hangzhou Zhonghe Company,and points out the necessity of the research and development strategy of Hangzhou Zhonghe Company from two aspects:internal resources and corporate capability.Finally,according to the actual situation and development strategy of??????Company,it has made several specific strategic objectives,strategic positioning and strategic choice,and through seven methods to ensure the implementation of the specific strategic objectives in??????Company.Through the analyses all above,following conclusions could be obtained.Firstly,although the national macroeconomic is pessimism and the industry has a strong local favor,from the future development trend,the construction supervision industry still has broad prospects for development.Secondly,Hangzhou Zhonghe Company faces severe situations involving a single product structure,internal resources cannot be integrated and so on,although it has the advantages of technical resources,organizational context and brand image.Finaly,aiming to become a full range of engineering management and technical services integrated enterprise,to complete the national market layout in the coming future,Hangzhou Zhonghe Company should initiate the force in three dimensions of the product,the market and the region.
