In recent years,the focus of domestic management scholars has gradually shift from the Western management theory to the Chinese indigenous management theory.An increasing number of scholars study the management practice of Chinese enterprises from the perspective of Chinese traditional culture,and put forward the "Chinese philosophy".Among them,through long-term tracking of Chinese outstanding enterprises,such as Lenovo,HUAWEI,TCL,Alibaba etc.,Professor Chen has explored the management elements of "He","Bian" and "Yong" in their management practice.The thought of "He","Bian" and "Yong" is a kind of management theory which with "Chinese philosophy,Western standard".It not only takes into account the management philosophy of China,but also combines the Western management science,while also taking practice as the guide.Therefore,it provides a new idea for Chinese indigenous management research.In this paper,through collecting,reading and studying a large number of literatures,we understood the current research status about the domestic and foreign research on leading enterprise management and the research on the management thought from the perspective of Chinese cultural tradition.At the same time,through the systematic study of the preliminary research results of "He","Bian" and "Yong" management thought,we understood the core content of this theory.Based on this,firstly,this paper analyzed the cultural mechanism of "He","Bian" and "Yong",and proved that the theory is existing and reasonable.Secondly,this paper expounded the practical value of the "He","Bian" and "Yong" management thoughts,which is conducive to develop and release the potential of employees,enhance innovation,and access and remain competitiveness.Then,this paper explored the practical logic of this thought in Chinese outstanding enterprises,that is,to acquire resources and share value with the thought of "He",to allocate and activate resources with the thought of "Bian" and to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of resource acquisition,configuration,and activation processes with thethought of "Yong".Meanwhile,this paper discussed the methodology of this thought in Chinese outstanding enterprise from the aspects of culture,organization,technology and so on.Finally,through case study,this paper analyzed the management practices of Haier group and found that the practical logic of Haier's "He","Bian" and "Yong" management thought can be summed up in three words.The thought of "He" in Haier can be expressed as "all rivers run into sea".The thought of "Bian" in Haier can be expressed as "self-denial".The thought of "Yong" in Haier can be expressed as "user-oriented".The logic is essentially consistent with the logic that we have derived before in this article.Therefore,it to some extent demonstrated the point of view of this paper.
