| With the rapid development of national economy,the continuous improvement of people’s health awareness and the aging of the population have brought about the continuous growth of medical service demand.For enterprises engaged in the hearing aid retail industry,how to establish their core competitiveness in the competitive environment of market demand,product technology and economic situation changing,to achieve sustainable development is the key factor to win.The foundation of enterprise survival lies in the formulation,selection and implementation of development strategy.The research on the development strategy of Baisheng hearing aid retail enterprise not only points out the direction of the company’s sustainable and healthy development,but also provide some help and reference for similar hearing aid retail enterprises.This paper takes Inner Mongolia Baisheng medical device co.,LTD as the research object,and analyzes the hearing AIDS status quo and developing trend of retail industry of our country.Also,the thesis conducts a comprehensive analysis of the use of strategic management theory and tools,the external environment and internal environment of Inner Mongolia Baisheng medical device co.,LTD.,industry competition situation,which aims to make clear the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise in the development process,the opportunities and risks,and to establish SWOT analysis matrix and list the alternatives.Baisheng company has the advantages of market development ability and professional talents,but it also has disadvantages such as few service outlets and shortage of working capital.On one hand,there are many development opportunities,such as the blank market in banner and county,the aging population and the continuous growth demand brought by the improvement of people’s health awareness.On the other,they are also facing the impact and threat brought by the epidemic and online sales.Combined with the status quo of Baisheng company and judging the future development trend of hearing aid retail industry,this paper points out that the strategic plan of Baisheng company is growth strategy,With the blank market in Inner Mongolia as the core target market,the central city is identified as a potential future development market,and business strategies such as "surrounding the city by rural areas" and "multi-channel development" have been established for enterprises.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth realization of the company’s strategic goals,the author has found that the company has formulated strategic safeguard measures including service brand building,human resource management,financing and financial affairs,corporate culture construction and other aspects,so as to escort the successful realization of the company’s strategic goals. |
