Electric power enterprises, as the backbone of national economy, undertakes important economic and political responsibilities. Currently, in the context of electric power reform, electric power companies are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. What the article mainly researches and discusses is how to effectively and comprehensively combine actual production situation of Erdos Electric Power Bureau and make development strategies suitable for sustainable development of Erdos Electric Power Bureau. The article researches Erdos Electric Power Bureau deeply on the purpose of that. Firstly, the author analyzes external conditions for enterprise development mainly from several aspects, including competition, technology, economy, politics, law, social environment and demographic factor. Secondly, the author clarifies actual state of development and basic situation. The author comprehensively analyzes and interprets external and internal factors under the macro-economic environment. Thirdly, on the basis of comprehensive analysis and interpretation of external environment and internal conditions for enterprise development, the author adopts PEST analysis method and five forces method to analyze and contrast external situation and internal situation. Fourthly, implementation of the company's development strategy is closely related to seven factors which are organic components. Through policies and funding security, make use of multi-aspect strategic control methods, push forward the electric power service marketing management continuously, promote scientific and technological innovation comprehensively and implement it. The author proposes main tasks from these aspects and proposes clear enforceable strategies.During this paper, the author strives for more thorough interpretation of development state of Erdos Electric Power Bureau. However, due to the fact that questions that emerged are complex and the research is restricted by many aspects, such as the author's limited knowledge level, short writing time, incomplete reference materials and so on, the research of development still stays at the initial stage.
