Evaluation Of Development Potentiality In Towns Of ERDOS

This essay made deeply research on scientific concept and methods of evaluation on development potential in towns, and described the contents of development potential in towns, and analyzed the research status of development potential in towns at home. On the basis of the above, and by using the AHP the multiple-factored method the Delphi method the computer and assistance method, this essay constructed an evaluation element system, and got a development potential. The author got the fundamental condition forms in 2004 of towns in ERDOS by the actual investigation. According to the features and actuality of towns in ERDOS, the essay chose the eleven towns in which the county government lies or which are the main ones, and computed and compared the development potentials of them, and ranked their development potential of them. This essay analyzed five sub-systems, namely town dimensions economy dimensions development bases inhabitant environments and location conditions in the eleven towns, and got average values of them, clearly reflected their strength and weakness, and gave out their development plans which would be the basis of upgrading the potential, creating the featured towns and making town development strategy. In addition, this essay made some proposals on the whole deployment in ERDOS towns in order to accelerate their development.
