Research And Application Of Project Management In Irrigation And Water Conservancy Project Of J Company

In recent years,our country intensify to set into the agricultural infrastructure construction.Because of ageing infrastructure and disrepair,water conservancy project is an important part of renovation project.Due to irrigation and water conservancy project less investment,wide coverage,poor foundation,and the advanced construction theory is difficult to put into practice and site construction methods lack theory,cause the government and enterprise input-output imbalance phenomenon.J company as a secondary water conservancy construction enterprise,irrigation and water conservancy project has always been an important business,but project ' s profit is not ideal for a long time because of poor management and monitoring,leading to high cost and low efficiency.In this paper,taking the J company as the research object and using the diagram method,total quality management,earned value management and other methods whic h are applied commonly in project management,from the schedule,quality and cost t hree aspects to introduce the scientific methods of irrigation and water conservancy pr oject construction.First of all,take J company has completed the irrigation and water conservancy project as an example,analyses the problems existing in the process of the project: project tardiness,quality defects,profit is not high,and put forward the s olutions for these problems.Then the project management method is applied in J com pany newly construction progress to manage the program quality and cost.Comparing with the same type project,it is concluded that the application of science project ma nagement method is effect to ensure project's time limit,quality and profit.Finally,t hrough the researching and summarizing the scientific methods of irrigation and water conservancy project construction management,provide reference for J company and in dustry related personnel.
