Water Conservancy Project Organization And Management System For Innovation Research

This paper is aim to study the practical problems which are existing in China's water conservancy project management. Such as the unsuccessful management system, and the inactive management mechanism, extensive management, low integrated efficiency and so on. By studying on the water conservancy project in the organization and management system in China and abroad I conduct a comprehensive study. Relying on national macro-environmental policies, based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Project Management Contract (PMC), the project life cycle, process reengineering and other project management theory, meanwhile drawing on the foreign developed countries, water conservancy project management experience, put forward the scientific concept of development consistent with the requirements, based on modern organizational management and project management theory based on the organizational management system for water conservancy projects and innovative research ideas, design a "separate things stand, custody separation, personnel sub-kitchen", full implementation of the project management, sustainable development of water projects organization management system, integrated management system of Luan River control project carried out in practice and has achieved initial success. Research units in guiding innovative water management system and operational mechanism are to achieve sustainable utilization of water resources, with theoretical and practical guiding significance.
