In recent years,China's banking market has becoming more and more competitive.Major state-owned banks and joint-stock banks have expanding their new customers by improving their management capacity and service capacity while maintaining their existing customers.As a major source of bank profit,large customers make great contribution to the profits of the banking industry,which is an important strategic resource for banks' operation and the guarantee of sustainable development.For this reason,it is very important for banks to strengthen the marketing work of banking enterprises,to develop and maintain the resources of large customers,to increase the profit contribution,service satisfaction and enterprise loyalty of large customers to enterprises.Therefore,the optimization of the management of large customers has more important theoretical and practical significance for the Zhuzhou GD Bank.This paper firstly defines the relevant concepts of the key account management and briefly summarizes the relevant theories of domestic and foreign large customers,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research.Secondly,it analyzes the business development of Zhuzhou GD Bank's large customer management,the situation of management team and the construction of large customer system.And on this basis,combined with my many years of banking experience,the paper probes into the problems of the Zhuzhou GD bank customer management,which are the not perfect large customer management system,weak links in the development of services,the ability of large customers to be improved and the low level of large customer management information.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward some corresponding optimization measures,including improving the big customer management system,strengthening the development of large customers,improving the customer service capability and improving the customer management information system.
