With the rapid development of the manufacturing industry,there are several problems which restrict the development of this industry during the way of China from a manufacturer of quantity to one of quality.Under the influence of the recent environment of economic crisis,Chinese manufacturing industry is in the face of cold wave which never experienced.The most reason of Chinese manufacturing cold wave is excessive production capacity,but the capacity of production of high technique,artificial intelligence and high quality is low.According with the analysis of high technique product from the national “Twelfth Five-Year ” guideline,the most reason of low product competitiveness in the global world is the low quality level of our product.And the quality of product comes from design and manufacture,so it's important for the companies to make research on the quality management of production.Company GF is a private enterprise which produces spare parts such as brake and accessory parts for railway vehicles.and it has some advantage in the business of marketing competition for it's history.Because of the high quality requirement of the product for the railway vehicle,Company GF is through the certification of IRIS quality system,and have passed the certification for welding and adhesive also.Therefore,this paper will take GF Company as the specific object of study,and make research on how to control and manage the quality of mechanical product during the production process.Firstly,the paper elaborates the knowledge and theories concerning the quality management of production in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the up-coming research.Secondly,the paper introduces the quality management model of GF company,and the characters of all production processes.The paper also analyzes the current situation of production quality management of GF company,and finds out the deficiencies of the process.And raises the ideas and measures to improvement the production quality control and management in term of different styles of production processes.Finally,the paper make a conclusion from the comparison of results of improvement measure of the GF company to find the best choices of production quality control.
