| The use status of Continuous casting equipment will exercise direct influence on the production ability of iron and steel, while Continuous casting roller is the important part of continuous casting equipment. Therefore, improving the repairing quality and the life span of continuous casting roller is an essential topic, which will exert direct influence on work efficiency of continuous casting equipment and casting steel production cost.Based on the current status of quality control of Anshan iron and steel company, thispaper introduces a few of main methods of repairing production of continuous casting roller, brings up a few of existing problems in the process of repairing continuous casting roller, and analyzes various factors concerning man, machine, material, method, environment (4M1E) etc which will influence production quality. Dealing with the main processing order of production, quality control is worked and the key control point is set up during production process of continuous steel casting roller. Also, a few of advanced quality control methods are investigated. Based on some advanced quality methods from overseas as reference, which is combined with the actual condition of our company, the job guidance book of quality inspection is constituted and the production job is standardized. The control to the production quality is strengthened and the production quality is improved on the basis of the above work. In terms of how to control the production quality using quality control tools in the process of production, a detailed introduction is given by example. Moreover, an evaluation over the effect of quality improvement is given. |
