Research On Procurement Cost Control Of HL Company

Purchasing must provide all the production of goods and services for the company,therefore, plays a very important role in a company. Especially along with the continuousdevelopment of China’s auto market and expand, auto parts enterprises,makes the auto partsmarket competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce. Auto parts enterprises facingthe dual pressures,cost and quality and purchasing cost as a very important content in costmanagement, procurement cost accounts for about more than50%of the total cost of theproducts, auto parts enterprises are faced with great challenges. Thus,market status of pricefor auto parts enterprises level and market competitiveness is in many ways depending onprocurement control. Therefore,strengthen enterprise procurement control ability,thepromotion of auto parts enterprises supplier relationship management,etc.,has become animportant project of purchasing cost control system constructed,and auto parts one of theimportant contents of enterprise to achieve its market strategy.In this paper,the author selected works of wholly foreign-owned auto lighting partsproduction-HL company as the object of case study,the research and analysis on thecompany’s purchasing cost control HL research. Specifically,this article is divided into fiveparts altogether. The first part is the introduction of the article, the author introduces theresearch background of this study,the research theory and the practical significance, researchpurpose,main research contents and research involves the method； The second part is thetheoretical section of this paper,this part the author of procurement,procurementcost,generalizes the concept of purchasing cost control,and analyzed the influence factors ofpurchasing cost control,the way to control purchasing cost and purchasing pricemanagement,for the cost control research this paper provides the theoretical support； Thethird part,the authors have investigated the current situation of the purchase cost of the HLcompany,through the overview of the company and its organizational structure,HLpurchasing management process and the current status of its purchasing,find the problemsexisting in the company purchasing cost control； In the fourth part, in view of the presentsituation of the previous part of the HL company is introduced and the existing problems, putforward the countermeasure Suggestions to promote the procurement control,some process is optimized, guarantee the company purchasing cost control can be implemented smoothly；The last part is the fifth chapter,to summarize the full text,to find,in future studies to improveand further exploration.
