| Originating in France in 1885,rural tourism is an important branch of modern tourism.After a hundred years of its development in the United States,Germany,France,Japan and other developed countries,rural tourism has prospered on a large-scale,standardized development track,playing an important role in promoting economic development in rural areas.Country Tourism in China began in the 1980 s with the so-called "Happy Farm" tourism model.Although it is a late start,but it develops itself fast.Thanks to the improvement in economy and society,as well as and people's living standards,rural tourism continues to improve.Thus,a considerable number of city residents grow eager to get out of the noisy city and return to the countryside to experience the beautiful nature to relax themselves,relieve their stress.As a result,rural tourism has been a preference for more and more people.Heyuan,a city in the northeast of Guangdong Province,is an Excellent Tourism City in China,where the East River starts.It has a unique environmental advantages and many unique folk customs villages.It is one of the birthplaces of the Lingnan culture,conditions,which is very advantageous for the development for rural tourism.In 2012,as Heyuan Municipal Committee work report of the Sixth Plenary Session of the secondary stated,"We must adhere to concept of scientific development,speeding up transformation and upgrading,the road of development of ecological civilization,and Heyuan's plan to be awarded the 'Guangdong Green Valley'." Therefore,to develop rural tourism,not only should we stay in line with the current trends of tourism,but also spare Heyuan "green" article to gain great potential and broad prospects.With the title of "the most beautiful countryside in Guangdong," Su Wai Hakka Rural Tourism Development Zone is the most typical representative of rural tourism in Heyuan City,which attracts a large number of tourists to come to visit and to experience,making it a business card of Rural Tourism in Heyuan City.In this paper,the author targeted Su Wai Hakka Rural Tourism Area as the research object.The author develops this paper through the relevant research methods,literature research method,field research method,SWOT analysis method,etc.,focusing on the overall situation of the research and development of tourist attractions,to further achieve the theoretical conclusion so as to offer some workable suggestions for Su Wai Hakka rural tourism's sustainable development,hoping to provide some references for the development of rural tourism in Heyuan City.This thesis consists of the following four parts.First,this paper describes the background,purpose and significance of research,summarizes the results of domestic and foreign academic research on rural tourism in recent years.Second,it principally expounds some relevant conceptions and theories of the current study.Thirdly,it elaborates the development of natural conditions and economic status of rural tourism Su Wai,make an analysis and do some research on rural tourism,while identifying their strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges.Then,the author comes up with a relatively mature category of rural tourism products,summarizing the Su Wai for rural tourism mode of development.Fourth,this paper deals with some successful experience of rural tourism at home and abroad for Su Wai to draw the conclusion that development of rural tourism must go hand in hand with local conditions and must be based on participatory agreement.Fifth,from multiple dimensions of government,business,etc.,the author put up with some suggestions for Su Wai,with the hope of developing Su Wai in a sustainable way. |
