The development of rural finance is closely related to the development of rural economy.However,the rural financial system has been quite perfect for a long time.There are still many problems in financial lending: such as private borrowing is still in the form of mainstream borrowing in rural communities.Understanding of the degree is still quite low,low coverage of the network.At the same time,due to the formal channel of the development of microfinance is not yet mature,the resulting adverse selection and moral hazard hindered the development of rural finance.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the microcredit behavior of farmers and analyze the influencing factors that affect the demand and supply of microfinance in peasant households,which is very important to alleviate the shortage of peasants and promote the development of rural finance.Based on the demand of microfinance and the supply of microfinance in Huxian County,this paper analyzes the farmers' small amount by using the Tobit ?model and the heckman model based on the survey data of 285 sampled households in Huxian County,Credit demand and demand satisfaction and the choice of microcredit of farmers,and put forward the policy suggestions to promote the farmers to choose the formal channels of microfinance,and provide theoretical guidance and realistic basis for the development of rural finance and perfecting the rural financial system.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the factors that can significantly affect the farmers' demand for microcredit are the age of the head of the household,the fertility of the peasant household,the farmer's understanding of the loan,the financial literacy and the social capital of the farmer.Second,the factors that can significantly affect the amount of household microcredit are the age of the head of the household,the education level of the head of household,the fertility rate of the peasant household,the farmer's understanding of the loan,and the financial literacy,,The education expenditure of the farmer,the farmer's medical expenses.Thirdly,there are four influencing factors on the actual loan amount of farmers,namely,the age of the head of household,the fertility burden of the peasant family,the farmer's social capital and the farmer's expenses.Fourthly,the factors that can significantly affect whether farmers get microcredit are the head of the household,whether the head of the household is the village cadre,and whether the farmer has the social capital of the village cadres and the farmers.Fifthly,the influencing factors of farmer's borrowing options are the total labor force population burden rate of farmers 'households,whether there are village cadres in rural households,farmers' understanding of loans and financial resources,social capital of farmers.In order to promote the development of regular channels of microcredit in the development of farmers,this paper proposes the following five suggestions: First,carry out various forms of microcredit,decentralized rural microfinance risk.Second,advancing with the times,improve the operation of rural micro-credit mechanism.Third,the government's position in the development of microcredit.Fourth,to provide multi-level multi-faceted financial services,and effectively develop rural microcredit.Fifth,to determine a reasonable small agricultural interest rates,the effective implementation of interest rate market.
