With the development of economic integration and globalization trend,as well as the rapid growth demand for automobiles globally,the automobile industry at home and abroad has developed in high speed,and the scale of automobile logistics also has expanded.The demand for international transportation,such as import,export and transit,has risen steadily,and the integration of international logistics has become one of the core projects in domestic automobile enterprises.For international finished vehicle logistics business with diversified transportation needs and transportation paths,international intermodal transport is the unique choice for trans-boundary logistics.Because of supply chain characteristics of automobile logistics,enterprises in the chain with different interests constitute the dynamic network.Due to international transportation involving different countries and ports,logistics is full of complex and stochastic factors,which will probably lead to unexpected consequences.Therefore,how to systematically summarize the operation process of international finished vehicle transportation,and make accurate assessment for a concrete project,has become one of the problems that need to be solved and optimized by automobile logistics enterprises.The paper starts with summarized theories of international intermodal transport,logistics service supply chain and Supply Chain Operation Reference model(SCOR),and discusses the necessity of establishing an operation model for international finished vehicle transportation through analyzing advantages and disadvantages of international intermodal transport model and the hierarchical structure of supply chain.Then,according to the guide of SCOR model,it establishes the first layer,the second layer,the third layer and the performance evaluation system of the operation model for finished vehicle international intermodal transportation.Finally,by presenting the case of international intermodal project from a real enterprise,the paper uses Arena simulation software to simulate empirical logistics delivery process.After running the built system and analyzing variable values,problems are found in the existing operation mode of international intermodal transport,while the corresponding factors and optimization solutions can be obtained in international intermodal transport operation model.In this way,rationality and applicability is also proved in the model.Aiming at finished vehicle international intermodal transport operation model,the paper uses the methods of quantitative research,qualitative research and empirical research to analyze automobile logistics service supply chain.Also,an exploratory research on modeling logistics system,establishing performance evaluation system and optimizing the system is included.Thus,the proven model will play an important role in the optimization of existing finished vehicle international transport model and the establishment of finished vehicle international logistics services standard,and contribute to assisting decision and project in logistics enterprises.
