Performance appraisal is an indispensable management tool in modern enterprise management,in the lead role as the core of the situation as a whole in the enterprise human resources management.While in the personal performance appraisal,"middle managers" is a more special performance appraisal object.An objective and impartial evaluation of middle-level managers work specific to the development of enterprises the role,can make them more actively for the enterprise,to create greater value,making it wholeheartedly to achieve the business goal,it has very important significance.This paper is mainly to the logistics company Z Company's middle managers as the research object.Through literature research,qualitative and quantitative analysis and investigation on the research side,and objectively understand China's current performance appraisal in the enterprise implementation,analysis and find the existing shortcomings and problems,the company shall carry out specific research and analysis of Z to improve the performance appraisal in the next step of work.From the current research situation,the theory circle of our country has learned a lot of foreign research achievements,but the new ideas of our own is not much,in the actual implementation there are some problems.The author analyze existing theories,and root According to the specific situation of enterprise management in China,take a variety of methods,the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)and key performance appraisal method(KPI)combined to complete the 5D KPI dynamic performance evaluation index framework based on BSC is built up based on and around the new index in the framework of the assessment of the weight,work the use of scientific methods of assessment subject to complete optimization of performance appraisal program.The performance appraisal scheme optimization to improve after the middle managers,can be more scientific and reasonable,more operational,in order to adapt to changes in the market,promote the sustainable development of enterprises.The research will be in the state-owned logistics enterprises in the fierce competition environment,strengthen enterprise management,and gradually improve the middle-level managers of the performance appraisal system has great guiding value.
