Development Of Human Resource Planning System For Project Driven IT Enterprise

With the birth of the project driven enterprise in the latter half of the twentieth Century,more and more IT companies with the drive of all kinds of software projects came into emerging as the times require.For these IT companies which have a quality of the high demand of technical staff,the use of IT talents is particularly critical,how to give full play to the effect of personal in the software projects,will play a key role in the project driven IT enterprises.Through the research and analysis of the status of human resource planning in the project driven IT enterprises,found that most of the IT enterprises have the problems of that the human resource utilization efficiency and management efficiency is not high,which often leads to the result that a IT project can not be completed within the stipulated time,thereby increasing the cost of enterprises,affecting the realization of the goal of enterprise.Based on this,this paper intends to solve the problems of the project driven IT enterprise human resource planning by the combination of mathematical modeling and system design and development.First of all,based on the understanding of the actual situation of C company and all kinds of software projects it encountered,this paper sets up the a corresponding demand model and dispatch model,so as to help them get the optimal scheme of human resources planning;Then,this paper uses object-oriented method,based on the demand analysis of the human resource planning system,the case diagram and the function module,dividing the system into five modules,they are project management,job type management,staff management,planning execution and system management;After that,from the class diagram,sequence diagram,database design,system security design and code design these five aspects,implement the design of the system;Then,this paper uses java programming language for the development of various functional modules,realizing the corresponding functions;Finally,complete the implementation and testing of the system.In this paper,through combining the information technology with the mathematical methods,realize the information management and intelligent management of the project driven IT enterprise human resource planning,reduce the cost of software project implementation and achieve the purpose of maximizing the overall efficiency of the IT companies.
