Along with the process of our country city to speed up,the problem of aging population in China's urban and rural residents has become increasingly prominent,more and more eager to get higher quality,higher levels of social security services.The construction of China's social security system in the past ten years of rapid development,has formed a rich China characteristics,new social security system covering urban and rural residents.Urban and rural residents basic endowment insurance in China's social security system as the most important part,can improve the system for urban and rural residents and properly solve the pension problem of great significance,is the home of harmony and stability,long period of stability.The development of Urban and rural residents basic endowment insurance to break the pattern of two yuan in urban and rural areas,urban and rural development to establish the social security system plays a vital role in its development.However,there are some problems in the reform and development of the social security cause a severe challenge.Therefore,should continue to carry out research on urban and rural residents in the basic old-age insurance.This paper takes Shandong County of Ningyang Province as the research object,Urban and rural residents basic endowment insurance in the domestic and foreign literature,this paper shows the research ideas and research methods.Firstly,the theory of Urban and rural residents basic endowment insurance.A detailed analysis of the endowment insurance,the new rural social endowment insurance,the concept of Urban and rural residents basic endowment insurance,and the social security theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,welfare economics theory,theory of social justice theory and Urban and rural residents basic endowment insurance.Secondly,analysis of the status of implementation of urban and rural residents of Ningyang County pension insurance system,including:fund raising,organization management,fund management The status and treatment payment status,found the financing structure is not reasonable,the payment level is low,agency personnel shortage,poor facilities and information lag,the low level of welfare problems.Thirdly,the influence factors of Ningyang county urban and rural residents insured pay grade were analyzed.Through questionnaires,from individual characteristics,family characteristics,three a cognitive analysis of the characteristics of the sample characteristics,using multivariate ordinal Logistic regression analysis model,to verify the research hypotheses.Analyzed the influence factors of urban and rural residents of Ningyang County insurance payment grade:the insured choose to pay grade is mainly affected bygender,age,culture.The extent of the number of home son,average family income,the degree of understanding of the basic endowment insurance of urban and rural residents,trust in government,influence of the consciousness of pension risk 8 variables.Finally,put forward to perfect urban and rural residents the endowment insurance system in Ningyang county.
