In recent years,food security in China is facing a severe situation,the international grain market have some violent moves.Within the scope of the internation food crisis,more nations pay more attention to food security,trade negotiations have some increasingly sensitive problems involving agriculture.Progress of multilateral trade negotiations should be set back.Agricultural products related issues in the bilateral trade negotiations negotiations also become a hot dispute.At the same time the main grain-producing countries for maintaining their own national interests and food safety have took some policies.It have a great impact on the international grain market supply condition,also have a important impact to the international food prices and domestic food prices,destroyed the stability of grain markets.At the same time,the rapid development of the multinational corporation has also increased the instability of grain market,the multinational food dealer depending on theirselves strong capital strength,monopoly technology property and the advantages of the familiar with the international market,produced adverse effect the host country's grain markets,domestic enterprises of the host country and grain farmers,also issued a certain amount of challenge food sovereignty of the host country.Based on this background,for the protection of food security in our country there are many systems and measures to establish and improve.At present,China's total grain output rose stabilization characteristics,but the structural contradiction in food production is clear,food trade deficit is growing.And parts of the industries bout the international food market in China are under the control of the transnational food dealers.Using the rules of the international trade,our country has not yet fully tap its potential to protect our country food security.In bilateral trade negotiations,we should pay more attention to agriculture.In promoting internationalization management of the agricultural enterprise and the formation of stronger international competitiveness still need to lots of efforts.This paper consists of five parts.First,the introduction make a comprehensive statement on the current bout factors of international of affecting our country food security research status,indicating the research methods and innovation and deficiency of this article;Second,introduce the related theory of food security,concluding national interests theory and international politic and economic theory;This article based the maintenance safeguarding national interests,use international political economics as analysis view;Third,introduce an overview of China's food security,make a new explanation about the concept of food security,From the production and circulation system,the structure and the trade of our country food security situation is introduced;Fourth,analysis the internatonal factors of affecting China food security,emphatically analyzed the international factors concluding the international trade rules,and international food pricing power and multinational food dealers,and their influences on food security in our country.The main considerations in the influence of the international trade rules contain WTO trade rules and bilateral free trade based on that and the other major food producers or the influence of the policies of developed countries to our country food security;as a main food import nation,main food exporters should be considered;Main analysis of the influential facters of the international food pricing power contain grain futures market and the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises,and analysis the influences of the facters to our nation food security;In multinational food dealer mainly analyzes the positive influence and negative influence on China's grain security,this paper mainly studies its negative influence;Fifth,based the international factors impacts on food security in our country,we should take measures to maintain basic ability of China's food security.Insisting on opening to the outside world,protecing the national sovereignty and national interests.
