A Study On The Institutional Change And Economic Performance Of Farmland Property In New China

The three rural issues are the most basic problems of China's economic development,but also hinder the bottleneck of China's economic development,the sustainable development of rural economy is the focus of future government work.Since ancient times,the reform of farmland property rights system is the most important task in government work.It can be said that the change of farmland property right system affects the whole social and economic changes.Since the founding of new China,the process of changes in agricultural land property rights system has mapped the whole situation of rural economic development,and the success of farmland property right system reform is related to the country's political stability and social harmony.With the rapid development of China's economy,local governments in accelerating the process of building a new urbanization,the rural land system of the problem of exposure is also increasing,resulting in irreconcilable contradictions.The current land system property rights in rural areas are not clear,which leads to the disadvantaged position of farmers in the redistribution of land interests.The rights and interests of farmers are damaged,and the modernization of agriculture is hindered and the process of urban and rural integration is slow.Based on the relationship between the property rights system and the economic performance of the new China,this paper expounds the evolutionary process and the selection rule of the farmland property right system change by constructing a three-way dynamic evolution game model of the government,the collective and the peasants.Through the evolutionary game model,the mechanism of different property rights system to economic performance is established.This paper deduces the characteristics of the change of farmland property right system and the mechanism of change in the period of the change of agricultural land property right system in each period,and analyzes the different paths and different approaches.Efficiency,and to evaluate the economic performance of each period.Finally,in the light of the problems existing in the current agricultural land property right system in the transition period of China's economy,this paper discusses the direction of the reform of China's agricultural land property right system,and puts forward relevant aspects from the perspective of farmers,collectors and government policy suggestion.
