Study On The Change Of Farmland Circulation System In Zaozhuang City

Land system,as the basic system of rural economic system and agricultural development,has been the most fundamental core problem of rural reform along with the reform course of nearly 40 years in China.Although the household contract responsibility system,characterized by the empowerment of land welfare,has achieved remarkable policy results in the early stage of rural reform,it has also generated serious problems,resulting in loss of cultivated land.At the same time,it also hindered the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure.Therefore,both the social and economic background and the management pattern of agriculture itself are calling for the reform of farmland circulation system.In order to avoid the general discussion on the issue of farmland circulation,this paper starts with the case study,choose Zaozhuang City of Shandong Province,as the research area of farmland circulation,hoping to obtain the targeted research conclusions.The main contents of this paper are as follows:first of all,it explain the reason why Zaozhuang City of Shandong Province was selected as the research area,and systematically introduced the geographical background of the operation of the farmland system in the region.Secondly,on the basis of the theory of property rights and institutional change,the paper analyzes and summarizes the changes of farmland property rights system after the founding of New China and the change of farmland circulation system after 1978 by means of Fangzhi data and yearbook data.And through the analysis of questionnaire data,it puts forward the reflection on the current innovation model of farmland circulation system.Thirdly,using the agricultural yearbook data from 2000 to now,the econometric model was used to estimate the impact of the institutional change of farmland circulation on the agricultural output value.Finally,based on the difference between the main body and the contributing force of the farmland circulation,the farmland circulation mode of the study area is divided into the farmer-led farmland circulation mode and the government-led farmland circulation mode.And with the help of the survey data,the operational efficiency of the above different farmland circulation modes is analyzed,in order to predict the evolution trend of farmland circulation.All in all,this paper holds that the innovation of farmland circulation system is the optimization choice of transformation of farmland system from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,and is also the result of multiple factors.Secondly,the change of farmland circulation system has a positive impact on agricultural output value and the impact is long.Thirdly,in the future,the spontaneous and independent mode of farmland ttransfer among farmers will remain the main mode of farmland circulation.The reform of farmland circulation system involves all aspects of politics,economy,culture and other fields.It is a systematic project.This paper attempts to make a systematic review of the theory and practice of farmland circulation in the study area from the perspective of institutional changes.Due to the large task and limited capacity,some places can only be tasted.Therefore,at the completion of the thesis,this paper puts forward some issues worthy of attention in the process of farmland circulation in the future.
