With the development of the rural economy,more and more industries are paying more attention to the rural market.Currently,China Mobile has become and more important in the rural communications market,most of the business have outpaced the basic communications.At the same time,operations such as unicom and telecom are continuing to expand their operations in rural markets through strategic readjustment and service upgrades,this is a big challenge for China Mobile's market share.This article take the example of Tai An,the city in Shandong Province,Investing the current situation and effect of marketing in rural areas.This paper applies the SWOT method to analyze the opportunities and bottlenecks of its future development,and develops relevant strategies to adjust it.This paper describe the research profile of the paper from the research background and significance,marketing related theory,research status in China and abroad,research status of the rural marketing of China Mobile,content framework,etc..This paper explains the related concepts and theoretical analysis.This paper mainly deals with marketing,marketing strategy,and provides theoretical support for mobile marketing research.This paper analysis the status of rural mobile communication market in Taian area.Taking the Shandong tai 'an rural area as an example,analyzing the development of local social development and the development of rural mobile communication market in Taian area,through the questionnaire survey to investigate the local rural mobile communication market in detail,mastering the development of rural mobile communication market,laying the foundation for further development of rural market.This paper analysing the development of rural market in Taian mobile with the method of SWOT.Based on the survey results,using the SWOT method to develop the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the rural communications market in taian mobile,discussing the potential of the development of rural market in general,and provides the preparation for the following marketing strategies.Then describing the strategy and suggestions for developing the rural communication market of Taian mobile company.Based on the previous SWOT analysis,from customer segmentation,regional product design localization,the price localization,strengthening Taian regional channel strategy,online and offline promotion etc.systematically built the Taian rural mobile company marketing strategy system for mobile communications.At last,this paper expounds the conclusion of the whole subject research,the future practice and the prospect of research.
