Research On Pensions Moderate Level Of China’s Urban Workers Based On The Acceptable Pension Replacement Rate

Along with the aging of the population,our country town worker pension spending also will continue to improve,pension spending levels within limits how can both guarantee the living standard of retired worker to social average living standards during this period,and can inspire on-the-job worker labor actively,promote healthy and sustainable development of national economy.How to determine reasonable a relatively modest pension spending levels,this is we need to investigate the problem.In view of this,this article from the perspective of purpose and replacement rate,based on the classical theory of the social security level,adjust and improve the parameter Settings,build more suitable for the situation of China urban workers pensions moderate level model,the measure of nearly 20 years(1995-2015)and in the next decade(2016-2025)pensions modest,and compared with pensions from the same period the actual level,to determine whether a real level and moderate level gap,find the upgrading and improving paths,and then optimization for the government to perfect the moderation of pension spending levels,rationality to provide the reference basis and theoretical support.This paper is divided into the following five chapters:The first chapter is mainly introduced the domestic and foreign scholars and pensions for pension replacement rate level of relevant research results and a brief commentary on the existing research results.The second chapter mainly analyzes the present situation and related problems of the town worker pensions.The third chapter,from the perspective of the accord rate o f substitution,build the town worker pensions moderate level model,this chapter is the core section of this article.Mainly includes two parts,the first part first introduced the purpose and basic thought,measure and replacement rate model,and then estimates the urban pension accord of 1995 to 2012,the average of the replacement rate;The second part on the basis of the purpose and replacement rate,the original social security appropriate level,on the basis of classical model,adjust and improve parameters,build a more suitable for China’s urban workers pensions modest model.The fourth chapter of urban workers pensions moderate level has carried on the empirical analysis,this chapter is established on the basis of chapter iii of the extended and expanded.This chapter first model based on the theory of the third chapter measure in recent twenty years town worker pensions moderate level and using Logistic model of population prediction to predict the future ten years town worker pensions moderate level;Then measured for the last twenty years and over the next decade for urban workers pensions actual level;Finally will before and after 30 years of moderate level compared with the actual level,analysis the rationality of current and future pension actual spending levels.The fifth Chapter,on the basis of the above research conclusion,put forward about the town worker pensions at the same time the actual level and moderate level corresponding to countermeasures and suggestions.
