| Since the normalization of Sino Vietnamese relations,bilateral exchanges and cooperation in various fields of politics,economy,culture,science and technology development,and gradually promote mutual trust,consolidate and strengthen friendly relations increasingly,high-level contacts have become increasingly frequent,rapid development of economic and trade cooperation.In recent years,with its accession to the WTO,after the accelerated integration into the international economy,the timely completion of China ASEAN Free Trade Area and the economic development of Vietnam and China,showing a rapid development trend,the economic growth between the two countries continue to improve,Vietnam and Chinese foreign policy adjustment has played an important role,based on Vietnam and Chinese the evolution and development of foreign policy analysis,combing and Chinese stages of Vietnam foreign trade policy adjustment,mainly based on the general situation of Vietnam and Chinese foreign policy through the analysis of the status quo from Vietnam and China economic development growth,respectively,to discuss the adjustment of foreign trade policy in Vietnam and Chinese in various periods,have a preliminary understanding the history of Vietnam and Chinese foreign policy.The two countries import and export policy adjustment is the main entry point for this analysis,analysis of the development of Vietnam and Chinese adjust policy of foreign trade and economic analysis,through different periods of the two countries have import and export policy adjustment and economic development,explore in different period,and China through Vietnam Foreign Trade Policy Adjustment,and the corresponding the economic and trade development status.Therefore,this paper discusses the adjustment of foreign trade policy and the development of economy and trade between Vietnam and China,and analyzes the relationship between foreign policy and trade,so as to explore the solution to the problem of economic and trade development in vietnam.Through the analysis,the trade has a strong complementarity,inter industry trade developed,have a positive role in promoting the total trade growth on the economic development of Vietnam,but because of trade between the two countries is mainly primary products,products with low added value,resulting in the total import and export trade between the two countries is relatively insufficient.On this basis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and policy suggestions.Think through the promotion of tariff system reform and adjustment,strengthen and deepen the bilateral economic and trade cooperation,and strengthen the industrial structure adjustment,the optimization idea of import and export products structure and other aspects,to promote the further development of Vietnam and Chinese economic trade by continuously adjusting the foreign trade policy. |
