Tourism outshine other industries,with the rapid trend quickly swept across China in the economy downturn.With its strong market vitality,huge impetus role,broad prospects for development,attracting more and more attention from all walks of life,tourism has become a strategic pillar industry of national economy.Along with the expansion of the tourism development and the investment scale,tourism market has entered a white-hot competition.The strength of the destination competitiveness is how to win the market to a certain extent,and it is also the destination government and development main body really concern.As a major tourism province,Yunnan has a perfect combination of landscape ecological environment and colorful cultural resources,once bring advantages for its development,but the level of tourism demand diversification direction,how tourism destination from the resource oriented development into market-oriented development,complete the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry,and boost from a big tourist province into a strong province,now is an urgent need to solve the problem.And the premise to solve the problem of the interpretation is carried out on the present situation of resource oriented tourism destination competitiveness,problem analysis,thus put forward through ascension.This research take this as a breakthrough point,through the combing and analysis of the related research of tourism destination competitiveness,as well as the summary of predecessors' research achievements,so far,clear destination competitiveness to the shortage of each type of segmentation research,put forward an idea in view of resource oriented tourism destination competitiveness,and combine the relevant quantitative research methods,refine the influence factors of resources oriented tourism destination competitiveness(tourism resources,tourism market,governmental support,touristfacilities),the evaluation index,establish the evaluation index system,set up RMSF model for resource oriented tourism destination competitiveness.This paper selects Longling County of Yunnan Province as a case study analysis,through the analysis of competitiveness of Baoshan tourism resources,tourism market,Yunnan province Longling County government support,four aspects of tourism facilities,resources and market characteristics of tourism development with the trend and Longling County goal,put forward the strategies to improve the competitiveness the benefit to the tourism industry development in Longling county.
