Research On Tourism Competitiveness And Development Evaluation Of Skiing Tourism Destination

The rapid development of economic and upgrade of consumption structure and the implementation of strategic target for constructing comfortable society have enhanced Chinese consumers''consumption confidence. As a favorable consuming item, skiing tourism is becoming the fashion travel choice in winter and the skiing market is one of the considerable consumption increasing markets. Therefore, many places take the skiing tourism as mainstay industry to foster and develop, which makes skiing tourism industry especially skiing destination facing more and more competitions and challenges from home and abroad.At present, the research on skiing tourism is limited at home and abroad. Studies on this field concentrate on skiing tourism demand and environmental effect by skiing tourism abroad and tactics of industry development, market and exploiting polices in some places of rich recourses at home. According to the competitive competence theory and skiing tourism researches,the dissertation investigates profoundly the issue of competence constructural factors of skiing tourism destinations, and differentiates these elements into three kinds: core factors, cofactors and external factors according to the importance to recognize the tourism competence of skiing tourism destination. According to some principles such as conciseness, scientific, systemic, dynamic and completeness the dissertation construct a system of evaluation index of tourism competitiveness for skiing destinations and uses AHP to make certain of the proportion of each appraisement element, then evaluates the tourism competence of skiing tourism destination with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, then takes the Yabuli skiing resorts as a example to make a practical research which uses the above model to appraise the competence and analyses the polices for enhancing competitiveness for Yabuli skiing resorts.
