The Impact Of Rising Labor Costs On The Factors Of Forestry Production And The Study Of Countermeasures

The urbanization development prompted a large number of rural labor force transferring to towns,urban and rural economic development model makes the traditional agriculture surplus labor in the production department to be absorbed by the modern industrial sector,rural labor force by turn,deficiency labor wages are rising,the "lewis turning point".Correspond to the "lewis turning point" is the "demographic dividend"gradually disappear,namely,the number of rural labor force to reduce and rising labor costs has become a new problem in the forestry development.This research will be based on the reform of collective forest rights of fujian province in 2010-2015 panel data,beyond the shadow of the logistic cost function based approach to estimate the elasticity of substitution,analysis of rural labor force cost rise influence on forestry production and operation of inputs,in the case of factor endowment constraints,using the theory of induced technological innovation and the correlative analysis,rising labor costs how to influence the behavior of the farmers,how to choose and change elements into forestry producer,an empirical analysis based on panel data of forestry production and operation of mechanical and chemical fertilizer on whether has a replacement on labor relations.The results of the study show that the factors demand of forestry production are in rational price adjustment range,and the factor price is still the economic lever of adjusting factor demand.Fertilisers are more sensitive to price changes than Labour and machinery,and are more vulnerable to changes in their prices.(2)there is an obvious alternative between machinery and labor,and the replacement relationship is steadily rising.This shows that in the case of the rapidly rising labor costs,use machinery to replace labor can greatly reduce labor input of forestry,especially can effectively relieve labor force caused by the transfer of selective structural shortage of labor.(3)there is a clear alternative between fertilizer and labor,and the alternative is stronger and stronger.Economic incentive policy of peasant household is the primary factor,under the background of rapidly rising labor costs,choose scientific fertilizing,using fertilizer instead of labor should be a rational choice to the farmers.Through the objective of the research,in promoting the labor transfer,increase the promotion forest machinery,scientific fertilization,optimization of forestry production inputs and strengthen government funds to support forestry production and so on to compare accurate put forward relevant policy Suggestions on the development of forestry production and operation.
