The development of science and technology has greatly improved the development of industry. But the disposal of wasted products has polluted the environment, wasted materials and energies. As long as the the consumers'improved consciousness of environment protection and the needs of recycling economy, people should put enphases on the continuable development, on the manufacturing and designing of products and on the recycling of wasted products. Remanufacturing, a main form of recyling of products, is to utlize all kinds of renovating technologies to recover the wasted products to new ones. Remanufacturing is a technology according with the continuable development, and is a best method to decrease the pollution of environment and the waste of materials.The reverse logistics network providing the producted resouses of remanufacting and the location allocation are researched in this paper, but not the remanufacturing technology. The researching method is from big to small and from wide to narrow. The analysis of the network character of reverse logistics, the analysis of the network character of remanufacting logistics, the remanufacturing network structure of autos, the location allocation model and the application of the model into a province are the main research contents of this article.Remanufacturing logistics is a branch of reverse logistics and is unable to exist without the reverse logistics network. In the first part, the conception, the classification, the functions and the recycling channels of reverse logistics are analyzed, and so does the relationship between reverse logistics and forward logistics.On basis of the complete life cycle of product, the following part analyzes the characteristics of remanufacturing products and deeply analyzes the recyling procedure and traits of three remanufacting products: Kodak single-use camares, Xerox photocopiers and the US naval aviations, making the common layout of the remanufacturing network, and also analyzes the network structure from the aspects of manufacturers and the third parts.The number of automobiles of our country is increasing rapidly and the disposal of end-of-life automobiles is becoming a serious problem. So the nest part has analyzes the recycling status of automobiles of some countries, established the main framework of recycling end-of-life cars and remanufacturing network structure of automobiles.In allution to the remanufacturing network structure of automobiles, this article constructed a open remanufacturing network which is consisted of reclying centers, disassembling centers and remanufacturing factories. A mixed-integer linear programming model for single product and single cycle is set up and so does the dynamic programming. In the last part, the MILP model and dynamic programming is applicated into practice of a province for the location allocation of network structure the remanufacturing logistics for automobiles.
