Research On The Application Of Quality Management Standardization In SC Real Estate Enterprise

At present,China's real estate industry is in the extensive development of the transition stage,for many years real estate enterprises lack the quality management process,the quality management is not enough.Improving the quality management of real estate enterprises standardization level,is the enterprise long-term development strategy,not to be a major move out of the market reshuffle.This dissertation analyzes and studies the quality management of real estate from three dimensions of design and construction stage.Through the literature review,the dissertation analyzes the domestic and international quality management standards implementation,and introduces the standard practice of real estate quality management in China.Based on the empirical analysis,the dissertation puts forward the design and construction stage of quality management process and the corresponding quality management standards.In the design stage,the design of the supplier's choice,plan and construction plan and management process and quality management standardization measures;construction stage,put forward before construction,in the three stages of quality management standardization measures;finally implementation effect of SC company quality management is analysed.Research results show that the real estate quality management standardization is the current domestic real estate enterprise quality management improvement of major initiatives,SC company's customer satisfaction survey in 2014 as an example,through the implementation of quality management standard measures,SC company in the design,procurement and construction link quality has been improved.And the SC company quality management standardization,in the management,continuous improvement,standardization of personnel construction,enterprise information construction proposed rationalization proposals.Through case analysis of the real estate enterprise quality management standard measures,in order to improve the real estate enterprise project quality management level is the purpose of this dissertation.
