Research On Quality Management In Project Development Of Real Estate Enterprise

Starting from quality management,this paper first summarizes the three development stages of quality management and the characteristics of all stages.Secondly,the quality management is refined to different industries,and the similarities and differences of quality management in each industry are discussed.In the theoretical part,this paper first expounds the related theories of quality management in real estate development projects,and then regards quality management related system as the research focus of this paper,and then discusses how to build their own quality management system in real estate development enterprises.The current real estate development project quality management system is not strong practical operation,only the guiding ideology cannot be good theory to practical application,problem management action is not uniform;in this paper:Huarun in Xiamen Oak Bay project as an example,studied by the real estate development business project management as the leading factor,PDAC,three control and TQC management theory into practice,the establishment of "system planning,standards,technology first,key control,model approach,real time supervision,continue to promote the continuous improvement of the eight" thought as the guiding ideology of the quality management system,at the same time,refined into specific management actions,and then summed up the full play of the system effect of measures to ensure the required management and technical aspects.Practice shows that the quality management system of real estate projects based on eight train of thought provides a reliable guarantee for the realization of high quality projects,and can provide some reference for the practical application of quality management in China's real estate enterprises.
