The furniture Industry is the basic industry closely related to our daily life,which belongs in housing.The furniture industry has affect on our lifestyle,and also effected by the changes of our lifestyle.With the development of internet economy and the geometric multiples growth of E-commerce sales,more and more furniture enterprise are gradually experimenting the sales changes from physical store to online shop.And set up the E-commerce department within the enterprise.But more companies are feeling a new pain point,the traffic is too expensive.It's common that the E-commerce is only a loss-leader,unprofitable.The online and off-line 020 commerce models are difficult to working through completely,because of the service of logistics and non-uniform price problem.Therefore the traditional marketing strategy are not adapt to the new environment of furniture enterprise.It's put forward a higher requirement for the marketing strategy of furniture enterprise,under the Internet plus.This thesis explores the development of new marketing strategy of SUNHOO furniture,the representative furniture enterprise,in the period of a mobile Internet.It's explore from four aspects;the analysis of big data tools,applying of crowd sourcing,cooperation of cross-border marketing,creation for mobile channels of 020.By analyzing the changes of consumption demand under the Internet plus,integrating the customer relation management,crow sourcing models,cross-border marketing,big data and mobile 020 platform,using PEST and Michael Porter's five forces model to analyze external environment of enterprise,obtaining the alternative marketing methods by SWOT analysis of inner-enterprise.Hope it has the reference value for better marketing strategy of the furniture enterprise.And other enterprise of related industry can get reference value from this thesis,in the Internet plus environment.
