Study On Bidding Evaluation Method Of Construction Projects

In 1980 s,the project construction project tendering and bidding system has been applied and popularized in our country,especially in the project construction,the bidding mode is playing an increasingly prominent role.The promulgation and implementation of the legal documents of bidding and tendering in our country,promote the bidding system of our country move towards the road of standardization and legalization.As an essential part of bidding activities,the quality of the evaluation activities directly affects the accuracy of the results of the evaluation,however,to ensure the efficient development of bid evaluation activities can not be separated from the scientific approach guidance.Among the various evaluation methods adopted by many countries in the world,the lowest bid price and the comprehensive evaluation method are the most popular and widely used method.But combined with the actual development of China's construction industry,these two methods are not very perfect in the use of conditions.In order to comprehensively improve the quality of China's bid evaluation,this paper makes a comparative study on the current evaluation methods of our country,in order to explore a set of scientific and efficient evaluation methods.Firstly the current situation of the development of the engineering construction project tendering and bidding system,evaluation methods at home and abroad research status and development trend of comprehensive theoretical analysis,classification summary of China's current construction project tendering and bidding in the construction of the traditional evaluation method,comprehensive evaluation,by assessment of lowest price bid the advantages and disadvantages of the method,and evaluation method and the scope of application,research the problems and reasons existing in the evaluation of the engineering construction.On this basis,in view of the defects existing in the process of construction project bidding in China in the bid evaluation activities,the overall use of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of two kinds of analysis method is committed to our project construction practice of evaluation methods for the,the establishment of the evaluation index and the index points with weights and the evaluation results of calculation methods of construction bidding approach model.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper combines the evaluation method in bid evaluation activities in the application,the advantages and disadvantages of evaluation methods were comprehensive analysis,in order to protect the evaluation results of the accurate and objective view,so as to promote China's engineering construction projects bidding activities carried out smoothly,promote the construction market healthy and orderly development of theoretical and practical significance.
